We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, precise (street-level) geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic data, or biometric identifiers.

- Directly from you: when you complete a contact form, request a quote, book a consultation, sign a Service Agreement, or communicate with us by phone, email, or in person
- Automatically: when you visit our website (through cookies and similar technologies)
- Service providers: payment confirmations from Stripe, error logs from Sentry, analytics from PostHog
- Vendors and venues: in connection with planning and executing your event
- Public sources: where appropriate, social media profiles you have shared publicly

We collect, use, and retain personal information for the following business purposes:
- Responding to inquiries and providing quotes
- Planning, designing, and delivering events
- Processing payments and issuing receipts

- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (security and CDN), Vercel (hosting)
- Vendors and venues we coordinate on your behalf
- Professional advisors: accountants, attorneys, insurers
- Government or law enforcement when required by law
6. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not "sell" personal information for money.
We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We have not sold or shared personal information of California residents in the past twelve (12) months, and we have no plans to do so. If our practices ever change, we will update this notice and provide an opt-out method before any such activity begins.
We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under sixteen (16).
7. Your California Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
7.1 Right to Know
You may request that we disclose:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about you
- The categories of sources from which the information was collected
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting the information
- The categories of third parties with whom we share information

7.2 Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where we need to retain information to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or maintain business records as required by California law).

You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
7.4 Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to exercise. We have included a link in our website footer — "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" — that points to this notice, confirming our practices.
7.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, so this right does not apply.
7.6 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service based on your exercise of these rights.

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification typically involves matching information you provide with information we already have about you (for example, your email address and event date). For sensitive requests, we may require additional verification.
We will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) calendar days. If we need an additional 45 days, we will let you know in writing within the original 45-day window.
9. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Your agent must:
- Provide proof of your written authorization (a signed permission, power of attorney, or similar document); and
- Submit your identity verification information so that we can confirm your identity.
We may deny a request from an agent who cannot provide proof of authorization.
10. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy:
- Inquiry data: up to 24 months from your last contact
- Client records: 7 years (as required by California tax and contract law)
- Photographs: indefinitely for portfolio use, subject to opt-out
11. Notice of Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
